No two of our classes are the same, with each session designed specifically for each attendee to reach their maximum, personal potential.

Boxing –┬áDesigned to improve core overall body strength with a variety of boxing technique and drills. Aimed to improve endurance and co-ordination with equipment provided.

Fit and Functional – A mixed bag of short HIIT workouts, designed to enable all members to reach their peak cardio endurance. Sprints, circuits, weight sets – we keep you on your toes.

Circuit Conditioning – Improve your overall fitness cardio with a variety of circuits and equipment with a focus on short bursts of cardio combined with strength exercises for 30 minutes so you can start the day fresh and energised.

Stretching – our stretching workshops aim to help our clients find the most efficient ways to stretch and develop a bespoke program for themselves pre and post workout.

On the first Saturday of every month we hold our monthly workshop which includes:

8am-10am: Supervised training. Take advantage of our trainers on site for additional advice on structuring your workout.

10am-11am: Open forum discussion. Each of our trainers will deliver new training and nutrition advice, alongside answering any questions you may have.
