Platinum One was created to elevate the health and wellness of the community. We offer a holistic, individualised program to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our services for you include:

One-on-One Personal Training

We provide personal, individual training sessions each week with a personal trainer. Each session is based on a tailor made training programme just for you. And the programme’s progressive. So as you improve and move towards your goals your programme changes with you.

Nutrition Education & Planning

What you eat is so important to achieving your body goals. We’re realistic and understand that even if you train hard and exercise for an hour a day that still leaves 161 hours a week when you’re not exercising. Your food choices during these times will either progress you towards your goals or send you backwards.

 

We take the guess work out of it for you. We will work with you to develop delicious meal plans that suit your taste, your body goals and your lifestyle. Time poor and need quick meals? No problem. Don’t like eggs or dairy? No problem. Entertain often for work? No problem. That’s where our years of nutrition education, learning and experience will benefit you.

Accountability

Like everything in life, all the planning in the world means nothing if you don’t stick to the plan. While you’re working towards a goal we have a methodology and tools to keep you accountable. This includes our use of apps to track your exercise and nutrition.

Train Anytime in our Modern Facility

The only thing you pay for with us is your one-on-one personal training. For that you get access to our modern facility and calming studio environment to exercise on your own whenever it suits.

Unlimited Group Exercise Sessions

Sometimes motivation comes from working with others in groups. Not to mention it’s a great way to socialise and lots of fun. Again, once you pay for your one-on-one personal training each week you can attend as many of our group classes as you like. They run throughout the day to suit all timetables and fitness levels.
